Captain: Vinko Buble
Born and raised in the coastal city of Split, Croatia, Vinko developed a deep connection with the sea from an early age. Spending his childhood summers aboard his family’s sailboat sparked a lifelong passion for sailing and the maritime lifestyle. During his college years, he began working on boat deliveries throughout Croatia, gradually turning his love for the sea into a full-time profession.
Realising that a traditional office career was not for him, Vinko decided to follow his passion and dedicate his life to sailing. Since then, he has covered more than 70,000 nautical miles, gaining extensive experience in yacht charter destinations across Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain, and France.
Beyond sailing, Vinko enjoys travelling, experimenting in the kitchen, playing the ukulele, and spending quality time with family and friends.
With his authentic Croatian roots, love of Mediterranean cuisine, and appreciation for fine local wines, Vinko is the perfect guide to discovering the Adriatic. He takes great pride in introducing guests to the natural beauty, traditions, and hidden treasures of his homeland. His goal is to make every journey personal, relaxed, and filled with authentic experiences that guests will remember long after their charter ends.

For Lucia Smoljo, working on board a yacht brings together everything she loves: exceptional food, meeting new people, the sea, and the relaxed atmosphere of life on the water. Her warm personality, thoughtful approach, and natural sense of hospitality make guests feel welcome from the moment they step aboard.
With ten years of experience in the hospitality and service industry, including three years working on yachts in both the Adriatic and Caribbean, Lucia combines professional expertise with a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Food has always been an important part of her life. Outside of work, she loves bringing family and friends together around the table, sharing homemade meals and enjoying good company. This personal approach to hospitality is reflected in every dish she prepares.
What Lucia enjoys most about being part of a yacht crew is the opportunity to introduce guests to the beauty of Croatia while meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. Through her cooking and attentive service, she aims to make every meal on board a special occasion, adding an authentic Mediterranean touch to the overall yacht charter experience.
Hostess: Nadja Bonaći
Nadja Bonaći is a dedicated and experienced yacht stewardess with a genuine love for the sea, sailing, and providing exceptional guest service. Her profession perfectly combines her interests in maritime life, dynamic working environments, and creating welcoming spaces where guests can truly relax and enjoy their time on board.
Life at sea gives Nadja a sense of freedom and harmony that she brings into her everyday work. With experience as a stewardess, hostess, and freelance skipper, she has developed a strong understanding of yacht operations, onboard safety, and the importance of anticipating guests’ needs.
She particularly enjoys quiet mornings at anchor, discovering secluded bays, and being surrounded by the natural beauty of the coastline. Away from the yacht, Nadja likes cooking, exploring nature on foot, and reading – activities that inspire her creativity and attention to detail.
Nadja also has a natural affinity for working with children. Her patient, caring, and approachable personality helps families feel comfortable and at ease throughout their sailing holiday. She believes that a yacht charter should be an enjoyable experience for every generation, with special moments that bring families closer together.
